Booking confirmation

Booking will be confirrm only after the receipt of the quotation signet with the affixing « bon pour accord » and the good receipt of the deposit asked.

Garantee of price

Prices confirmed on the hotel quotation can be modified in function of the economic condition.

Garantee of rooms and place settings

- Rooms :

The exact number of participants must be confirmed (with the list of participants) 14 days* maximum before the date of the event. Beyond this period, any room cancellation made will be charged.

– Place settings :

The exact number of meals to be served must be confirmed no later than one week* before the date of the event. Beyond this period, any cancellation will be charged.
These confirmed quantities (rooms and cutlery) will constitute the minimum basis for billing.
*The establishment grants itself the right to set a maximum confirmation date other than those mentioned above.

Conditions

30% of the estimated amount for the event will be requested as a deposit.
Failure to pay this amount may result in the cancellation of the relevant reservation.
For any cancellation made, the deposit will be lost or postponed by one year if the reservation is postponed. Beyond that, the deposit will be permanently lost.

Terms and conditions of payment

 Unless otherwise agreed, our invoices are payable no later than 30 days from the date of the end of the service. After this date, the client incurs late penalties.

Consumer mediation

After contacting the reservations department and failing a satisfactory response within a reasonable time, the client may contact the Tourism and Travel mediator, whose contact details and methods of entry are:
